Settings → Automations → Google Calendar → Connect. Allow the popup and sign in with the Google account that can see every provider's calendar.

External busy calendars takes iCal feed URLs, one per line. HealOS reads them live before every offer, so times booked elsewhere are never double-offered. Only busy times are read — event details stay private.
Two things that catch people out
- A calendar you subscribed to cannot be booked into. Imported calendars are read-only. Book into one the connected account owns, and add the imported one as an external busy calendar so its events still block slots.
- The Google calendar's timezone wins. Make sure it matches the practice, or appointments land hours out.
