HealOS connects to your EHR once and then uses it per product: AI Scribe pushes notes and reads schedule context, AI Frontdesk looks patients up and books, Fax files documents into charts, Benefit Verification bills as the right provider.
Integrations in the sidebar lists the systems available to your practice. Each card says what that system can do — note push, schedule sync, find patients, create patients, availability, book, reschedule, cancel — and how it connects.
The three shapes of connection
- Credentialed API connections. You connect once with credentials or an OAuth sign-in, and HealOS talks to the EHR directly. Most systems work this way.
- Extension-based. HealOS works inside the EHR page through the Chrome extension, so the EHR tab has to be open. Practice Fusion filing and chart insertion for several web EHRs work this way.
- HealOS Scheduling. No EHR at all: HealOS holds the calendar and the AI books into it.
Use a dedicated HealOS user in the EHR wherever you can. When a connection is tied to a staff member's personal login, their next password change breaks it.

The list is long and it moves — Elation, ModMed, Practice Fusion, DrChrono, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Cerner, Epic, Tebra, SimplePractice, TheraNest, CharmHealth, Cerbo, NexHealth, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Curve, CureMD, AdvancedMD and many more. Rather than trust a list in an article, open Integrations: what you see there is what your practice can connect today, and it is annotated per product.
If your system is not there, email team@healos.ai with its name. Some are already in progress; for others we will tell you honestly that the vendor's API does not allow what you need.
When a connection breaks
Reconnect from the card. Nothing queued is lost while it is disconnected — faxes stay in the inbox, notes stay in their sessions, and you can push them once the connection is live again. If reconnecting does not hold for more than a day, tell us: that is usually the EHR revoking a session rather than something you can fix from your side.
