Contacting support

Last updated on Sep 29, 2026

How to reach us

  • In-app chat — the fastest route, and it carries your account with it.
  • team@healos.ai — for anything with an attachment: a call script, a template, a claims export, a screenshot.
  • support@healos.ai reaches the same team.

We are a small team that reads everything. Tell us the impact in the first line — "every clinician in the practice, since this morning" gets handled differently from "one odd note yesterday".

What to include

For a visit or note: the patient's initials, the date and time of the visit, and what you saw on screen. Not the patient's name, and not the note text.

For a phone call: the caller's number (or "web test"), the date and time, and what you expected to happen instead.

For a claim: the claim number, the payer, and the denial or rejection code.

For a fax: the date it arrived and the patient's initials.

For anything in the browser: what you clicked, the exact message, and — if it is the extension — the version from chrome://extensions.

That is enough for us to trace the record end to end. Screenshots help; a screenshot of a whole chart does not, and please crop out PHI you do not need to send.

Things we will set up for you rather than make you configure

  • A custom template, a word-for-word dictation section, or a specialty rule.
  • A custom call script or workflow for AI Frontdesk — send the script you already use.
  • An EHR that is not on the integrations list, so we can tell you where it stands.
  • Pronunciation and spell-back rules for names and medications your callers use.

When something is broken for everyone

Say so plainly and remove the dependency in the meantime — for the receptionist, removing call forwarding puts calls back on your front desk immediately. Then tell us. We send the list of what was missed once it is fixed, so nobody has to guess who to call back.
